I am a High School Student in Japan!

November 04, 2013

Sumiyoshi High School in Osaka is the school that opened its doors for me. I became their student (although I was not in every subject that they teach) and it was a memorable experience. The students welcomed the foreign exchange students heartily. They even made a poster. (can I cry?)

I was at the English reading class and it was my favorite subject. XD Obviously because it`s the only subject that I can fully understand. They have two English teachers in their class, a native Japanese who speaks English and an American. I found this strange because I have not been to a class with two teachers. I noticed that many of the students went silent when the English class started. Maybe it`s the same with how I instantly become a coward when a Japanese approaches me.

This is the picture of me and my friends on my high school in Japan. I really will miss them and the times we spent with each other when I go home.
